I’m going to talk to you about the intermittent fasting weight loss diet and how it can help you. A recent study by a doctor named Eades found that participants had lost weight on this diet. There was also a bonus to this as in people had better health and were believed to live longer. These amazing results have helped push this type of diet into the limelight. It’s still relatively new and most people in public don’t know about it, but you can be the first to try it out. I’m going to explain what you need to know about this diet.
This is quite an easy diet plan to follow. You are allowed to eat over a period of 24hrs, than the next 24hrs you have to fast. That’s all there is to it. There is no restrictions on the food you eat, so you can eat the greasiest food with extra gravy on top, or stop off at the bakery and get the sweetest cake you can afford. It doesn’t matter. You can also eat as much as you want, but you can only eat during that 24hr period. After that, you’re on a fast. During this two day period, you do end up eating a regular two days worth of food, so there is no starvation going on.
The most common point at this point is probably about how natural this is. A lot of people are thinking it’s all fine and good if it works, but is our body designed to handle such a thing. I think the best way to determine that is to look at the eating patterns of a caveman. They would of hunted for food and if it was caught, they would of ate. If nothing was caught, they would of went without. This would of been most apparent in the winter. It seems highly probable that a fasting like diet would of been followed by a more natured human.
