Even if you would replace only one meal every day, this will greatly decrease you intake of calories and help in melting the weight away.

If you are on a juice diet, you should also improve your overall habits in eating. Parsely and carrots are known to be appetite suppressants so you could try them if you have some food cravings. When you are on juicing recipes for weight loss, you should stay away from appetite stimulants because they can cause an imbalance in the chemistry of your body which can make the juices ineffective. To kick start your weight loss program, going on a juice diet is a good idea. But always bear in mind that if you really want to lose weight it takes more than purchasing a juicer but it should be coupled with exercise and diet.
